How can you buy designer products?
The products are classified in types and categories. You can choose a whole category or separate products from a category. To do that, click on the sign
,below the picture. If you mark a category, all products in it will automatically be added to your cart. You can also select separate products from an open page by marking their checkboxes and then order them by clicking on the “+add all selected” button. At the top of the site you can see the items ordered. When you think you have selected everything you need, click on the “Order” button. Choose the payment and delivery method you prefer. The default size is indicated under each template, together with other available sizes, if any. If you want another size (other than the default one), specify it in the description field. To finish, click on the “Order” button. You can check the progress of your order on the Orders List. When your order is ready to download, you will see a couple of links to download the files from.

How can you send service orders?
You can choose between three types of orders from the menu: Digital Album, Retouching and Montage, and Other.
Retouching and Montage, and Other. The files are sent by means of an FTP Java applet. When you first open the order form you will automatically be asked to install the applet (if you don’t already have it installed on your computer). You can also download the Java applet from the official website: www.java.com.Then, at the top of the order form, you will see a file send field with two buttons to the right: “Browse” and “Send”. Using the "Browse" button, choose a file or folder and then click on the “Send” button to send the files to the server. You will see a transfer window displaying the transfer speed and the time left. After the file transfer is complete, fill in the order specification form and click on the “Send” button. You can check the progress of your order on the Orders List. After it is ready you will see one or more download links from where you can download the completed order. There is a “Correction” button to the left of the list from where you can send a text describing the corrections you want. When you are sure that the service has been fully completed, you have received the files and are satisfied with them, click on the "Received" button.
You can filter the orders on the list and view only those you are interested in.
